Do I need the internet?

No. Every game plays offline. You only need a connection to buy tokens or to watch an ad.

What are hearts?

Each level gives you hearts to make mistakes with. Run out and you can restart the level for free, or keep going with a token or by watching an ad. There's never a timer to wait for.

What are tokens?

Tokens work in every game. Spend one on Help (a hint, a check, an extra tube or a shield) or to keep going when you're out of hearts. You can buy more on the Tokens page.

I bought tokens but they didn't arrive

Open the app again while you're online: purchases that were interrupted are added automatically. Still missing? Email us with the date of the purchase.

I reinstalled the app and lost my tokens

Tokens and progress are kept only on your phone, so deleting the app removes them. Email us if you lost tokens you bought.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. You can ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Music and sounds

Turn music or sound effects off in Settings. The app also follows your iPhone's silent switch.
